I learned some interesting information about the A2 Web Hosting Affiliate Program. It actually uses a technology called “triple redundancy affiliate tracking”. This means that our affiliate program doesn’t just track based on cookies, but by IP and sessions as well. This means that even if someone clicks your affiliate link and deletes their cookies sometime before purchasing from A2 Hosting, you will still receive credit based on the other two tracking methods. With affiliate tracking sometimes under scrutiny, you never have to worry about your affiliate sales not tracking with the A2 Hosting Affiliate Program.
A2 Hosting CEO Bryan Muthig commented on the website launch: “It was clear that our existing website was not effectively communicating what sets us apart from our competition. We are excited about our new site because it allows us to prominently exhibit these features.”
Among the significant advancements found on the innovative new site includes introducing an unmetered Executive shared hosting package as well as A2 Hosting’s impressive new Server Rewind backup software . Server Rewind is offered free to all current and new shared and reseller customers. Their new site also includes an introduction to the A2 Hosting Difference which is an array of web hosting services that can only be found at A2 Hosting. Among the services found with the A2 Hosting Difference is access to A2 Hosting’s support staff known as the Guru Crew.

I’m struggling for a topic today, and a bit tapped out mentally from writing a lot of content this week. I thought I’d share one of my favorite sites a.muglets.com. This is a hilarious site that let’s you quickly Photoshop a friend’s face onto a number of side-splitting animations. Give the site a try and send your animation along to your friends. It is bound to get some laughs. Or you can enjoy the already created Muglets of an Obama Easter Bunny or McCain leprechaun.

I was struggling a bit with my blog topic today. I logged into WordPress today and was going to manufacture some content, but I received a very nice, helpful comment from http://qrystal.name/. I read through the blog after receiving this comment and it has lots of great internet tools, a little about the author and offers tons of cool blogging suggestions.
If you tuned into yesterday’s post about the process I went through for placing a new logo on this blog. Saying that I am an image editing amateur is giving myself too much credit, so it was a bit of a pain creating the logo. I had voiced a concern about losing SEO because I had replaced the original title, which was text, with an image header. The friendly advice I received from Qrystal was:
However, you should’ve been able to keep the SEO of the text header by simply using your gorgeous image as just a background to the text, instead of incorporating the text into the image itself. Yes, you’d have less control over the font that way, but you’d also ensure that people with images turned off (yes, those people still exist!) can still see the title of the blog.
I hadn’t even thought of that. I’m going to keep my current header for a little while just because I am a bit busy at the moment and am not sure if I have the patience at the moment to get back into image editing. But I am definitely going to give this useful tidbit a shot when I have some free time to improve the header.
